How long is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery times vary between 5 and 10 working days.
Update: Most packages are arriving in the Netherlands a little faster again! Normally you will receive your package within 8 working days.
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
If the delivery time of 5-10 working days has passed and you still have not received your order, please send an email to info@dedix.nl. We will find out what is wrong with your package.
I would like to exchange/return my order, how do I proceed?
To make a return, simply contact our customer service at info@dedix.nl. Include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. You can then return the product to us using a courier service of your choice.
How much do returns cost?
Unfortunately, returns to us are at your own expense. The costs therefore depend on the respective courier service. Please check the website of the specific courier service you wish to ship with for pricing information. Under what conditions can I return my product(s)?
There is always a 14 day return period. The return period begins on the day you received the item. However, there are some conditions for returns:
